Individual Training and Coaching Programs

Bob with AttendeeAll LTC courses are offered as individual (one-on-one) training / coaching programs. Individual training and Coaching programs are available for professionals who prefer a personalized, hands-on learning environment to a classroom.

Like with a company, the individual training / coaching programs are customized and tailored to fit the individual’s specific training needs. A combined 1) in-person, 2) Zoom, and 3) telephone coaching program is typically recommended to get the best results.

For the most Effective implementation of a Training program – a two to three month combined Consulting / Training / Coaching Program usually works best.

  • Step One – Consulting to obtain the necessary information to develop your program.
  • Step Two – Training the new skills in the form of a seminar or virtual seminar.
  • Step Three – Coaching the information taught during the training segment to ensure the techniques have been retained and are being utilized to best effect.

A combined Consulting/Training/Coaching Program requires individual commitment and a strong sense of personal responsibility. In an individual Coaching Scenario, retention of the material is much higher because of the personal attention given to the client. When you combine a Training Program with a Coaching Program you get the best of both worlds.

With individualized combined training/coaching, clients get:

  1. A comprehensive, customized training manual that can be used for review, Initial training, and as a Lesson Plan for a new Sales Consultant.
  2. Up to a full day (8-Hours) of training in your office or virtually.
  3. A planned schedule of Tele-Coaching and/or Personal (One-on-One) Coaching Sessions over a two- to three-month period.
  4. A planned schedule of three Personal Follow-on Assessment Consultation Sessions. (3 hours each.)
  5. Unlimited e-mail correspondence and spot coaching during the two-three month training / coaching period.
