Customized, Hourly, Single Day or Multiple Day Training Courses
Training courses can be customized to the needs and training objectives of the company requesting the training.
Dynamic Salesmanship is typically tailored to the sales process of the client. Many companies request this type of customization, so their sales reps develop and maintain a familiarization of the training concepts, techniques, and skillsets being taught and how they pertain to their own sales process.
Regardless of the method of training selected, training manuals and associated handouts will be developed and provided as part of the training and designed to enhance the company’s bottom line. The company offers four essential elements vital to your company’s success:
- Customization of a unique training curriculum to meet the company’s objectives
- Superior quality of training materials designed to enhance the company’s “bottom line”
- Depth and scope of training knowledge and methodology
- Ability to convey this new information so course participants optimize retention of the material
Live On-Site Classroom
The training venue is typically chosen by the company. Training can be presented at the company’s business address if they have the space or at an offsite location of the company’s choosing. Bob will present the training live and onsite to participants. Training manuals and associated handouts will be developed and provided as part of the training and designed to enhance the company’s bottom line.
Virtual Classroom
If the company prefers the training to be provided virtually, Bob will use the preferred medium (typically Zoom) to deliver the training. For a longer, more comprehensive course, the training will be divided into one- or two-hour segments per day until the entire course has been completed. For example: An eight-hour course will be divided into four two-hour sessions over the course of four days at a time of day mutually determined by both companies.
Thinkific Learning Management Platform
The training developed and customized for a company can be pre-recorded and uploaded onto the Thinkific Learning Platform and offered as an additional way for sales reps to review the information provided or for future new sales reps to attend the training at their convenience. There is no training manual provided for this delivery method. A copy of the slide presentation is provided on the Thinkific Platform that can be downloaded and printed off instead.
One-on-One Coaching
One-on-one coaching can be added on and built into the training program developed for a company. Hourly coaching rates will be applied at the usual pricing for that fiscal year unless other pricing has been discussed and decided upon.
All courses are adaptable and can be used for individual one-on-one coaching.
Hybrid (combined)
All or a any combination of a 1) live onsite classroom training, 2) virtual training through Zoom, 3) prerecorded training through Thinkific, and 4) follow-on one-on-one coaching can be utilized depending on the training needs and requests of the company.
